The Odom Organization purchased Lakeland Commons Shops, a 6-tenant retail property located along Lakeland Drive, a retail corridor, in Flowood, MS (Jackson MSA). The tenant lineup is comprised of Panera Bread (drive-thru equipped), Mattress Firm, Subway, Jo’ Diner, Jackson Jewelers and Dapper Doughnut.

Lakeland Commons Shops is less than a half-mile from the brand new Waterpointe Development, a 240-acre, mixed use development which recently broke ground in 2020 and features up to 800,000 SF of commercial space and 560 family homes.
